Mrcoin Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mrcoin platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mrcoin platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mrcoin platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The mrcoin platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mrcoin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full features of the mrcoin platform, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, an active phone number, and valid payment information in your own name.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any existing balances forfeited.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. mrcoin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the mrcoin support team immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your password with anyone, including customer support staff.
Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
All mrcoin users are required to comply with the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Depositing funds using a payment method registered in your own name
- Contacting customer support for legitimate issues
- Using promotions and rewards in accordance with the stipulated terms
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or tools to manipulate gameplay
- Sharing or lending your account to another party
- Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
Mrcoin reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms. During an investigation, access to the account may be temporarily restricted and funds may be held until the investigation is concluded. mrcoin's decision in such matters is final.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the mrcoin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). mrcoin does not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion, where applicable, is the responsibility of the third-party payment provider.
Deposits into your mrcoin account must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in funds being frozen and your account closed. Supported payment methods include local eWallets and online banking with major Malaysian banks.
For withdrawals, the account holder name on your bank account or eWallet must match the name registered on your mrcoin account. Withdrawals that do not meet identity verification requirements will be held until the verification process is complete. mrcoin is not liable for any delays resulting from a user's failure to complete account verification.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change without prior notice. Please check the latest information in your account dashboard or contact customer support for further enquiries.
Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals and rewards are displayed in RM.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension and Closure Policies
Mrcoin Limitation of Liability
The mrcoin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. mrcoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds due to system outages, inaccurate game data caused by technical failures, or losses resulting from the actions of other users. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mrcoin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, bot usage, money laundering or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, mrcoin reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the violating activity. For account closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures upon completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Terms Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the mrcoin platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code and user interfaces — is the property of mrcoin or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reuse any of this content without explicit written permission from mrcoin.
Third-Party Links
The mrcoin platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. mrcoin is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Mrcoin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
